You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don't have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.
The course itself is not currently accessible by wheelchair, but you can access inside most of the grounds. The ground is covered in mulch, ( a mix of bark and wood chips) so it can be hard to wheel through.
Yes, we always have a few sets for walk-ins, but you might have to wait, especially in the peak times bewtween 12pm and 3.30pm. We can only accept online bookings 24 hours in advance.

Children aged around 5 years are able to do the first 3 levels. Children younger than 9 years need an adult each on the course with them. The oldest Squirrel so far was 81 years! You are welcome to come along and beat that record.

Yes, maximum 120KG / 18 stone.
It is advised to book in advance to avoid waiting time, but we always have a few sets available for walk-ins.
Only for groups of minimum 12, pre-booking is required.
Yes if you are coming with a school tour, we require €100 deposit, pre- booking is required.
